1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using muuvi.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Account Registration and Authentication

Account Creation

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You can register using:

  • Email and Password: Create an account with your email address and a secure password
  • Google Sign-In: Use your Google account to sign up or log in via OAuth 2.0 authentication

Google OAuth Authentication

When using Google Sign-In, you agree that:

  • You authorize us to access basic profile information from your Google account
  • You are bound by Google's Terms of Service in addition to these terms
  • We may automatically link your Google account to an existing account with the same email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your email address is current and accessible

Account Linking

If you have an existing account and sign in with Google using the same email address, your accounts will be automatically linked. This means you can access your account using either your password or Google Sign-In. You can manage your authentication methods through your account settings.

3. License Agreement

muuvi.ai offers three types of licenses for our vector graphics. Please choose the license that best fits your needs:

Free Download License

Available for personal use and previewing only. This license is strictly for:

  • Personal, non-commercial projects
  • Testing and previewing before purchase
  • Educational purposes

Attribution required: You must provide credit to muuvi.ai when using free downloads.

Restrictions: Commercial use, resale, redistribution, and print-on-demand are not permitted with the free license.

Standard License

Perfect for commercial use where end users are not charged. This license allows:

  • Commercial use in websites, apps, and client work
  • Social media and marketing materials
  • Modify, resize, and adapt the design as needed
  • Use in unlimited projects (subject to restrictions below)

Restrictions: You may not resell the SVG files, use in print-on-demand products, or include in products for resale where the end user pays for the design.

Unlimited License

The most comprehensive license for maximum flexibility. This license includes everything in Standard License, plus:

  • Unlimited resale of products containing the design
  • Print-on-demand products (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.)
  • Media and merchandise sales
  • No limit on the number of end products

Note: You still may not resell or redistribute the original SVG file itself. The license applies to the use of the design in your products.

General License Terms (All Licenses):

  • You may not claim ownership of the original design
  • You may not redistribute or share the original SVG files
  • You may not use designs in a way that infringes on others' rights
  • License is non-transferable and non-exclusive

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making purchases
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials (password and/or Google account)
  • Use the SVGs in accordance with the license agreement
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from our designs
  • Not share your account with others or use another person's account
  • Respect intellectual property rights

6. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Google OAuth: For authentication and account management
  • Stripe: For payment processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All SVG designs on our website are the intellectual property of muuvi.ai or our licensed designers. The designs are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

muuvi.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. This includes any issues arising from the use of third-party authentication services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though purchased licenses and their associated usage rights remain valid.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
